Description:

The traineeship is designed for students interested in organizational studies, human resource management, and the development of soft skills within public and private organizations.

The trainee will be involved in ongoing research activities carried out by the “Osservatorio Soft e Life Skills “SO-Life” at the Department of Business Sciences – Management & Innovation Systems (DISA-MIS), University of Salerno.

The student’s role will focus on supporting the design and development of soft skills tools, as well as assisting in their experimentation and the evaluation of outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Management, Organization Studies, Psychology, Economics, or related fields;
• Strong interest in organizational behavior, human resource management, and soft skills;
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Strong organizational soft skills (e.g., teamwork, time management, adaptability, communication);
• Motivation to work in an academic and research-oriented environment.
