Description:

The intern will work closely with our research team to analyze complex real-world datasets, and develop Deep Learning algorithms, focusing on the design, training, and evaluation of these models in biomedical image analysis (Microscopy label free or colored images, MRI or fMRI in Neuroimaging).

Responsibilities include data engineering, model implementation and interpretation, experimental organization, clear communication of findings through visualizations and reports, documenting the rationale behind the models and the applications.

Requirements:

  • Solid theoretical background in statistics, Machine and Deep Learning, advanced programming.
  • Good knowledge of AI methods (clustering, classification, image segmentation, etc.).
  • Experience with model validation and experimental setup.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Python and Pytorch, in image analysis.
    Academic Level: Master’s or PhD program in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Other requirements: Analytical Thinking, Organizational Skills, Soft skills, Capability in team working.
