Description:

• Gain knowledge regarding the types and processes at the base of nature-based solutions;
• Provide data collection and implementation of hydraulic and hydrological models of urban drainage networks;
• Identify the best retrofitting strategies in terms of nature-based solutions depending on the studied urban context;
• Within the scope of the above activities, depending on their attitude and previous skills, interns may carry out bibliographic analysis, analyze and develop case studies.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of hydrological processes at the catchment scale is required. A willingness to undertake fieldwork is also required. GIS skills and familiarity with hydrological models are also beneficial.
