Description:

• Developing educational materials, presentations, and microlearning content.
• Supporting research for new training programmes and services.
• Creating tools for participant assessment, feedback, and training evaluation.
• Attending training sessions as an observer
• Facilitating training sessions
• Supporting in the analyisis of the training needs of organizations

Requirements:

We are seeking a trainee with an interest in adult education and training, particularly in topics related to organisational behaviour. A suitable candidate may have a background in education, psychology, human resources, business, or a related field, combined with strong research, communication, and digital-content skills.
