Description:

• Help plan and produce social media campaigns and monthly content calendars
  Create and adapt content across different formats
• Sit in on client discussions and learn to think about the strategy behind the work
• Help track how campaigns are performing
• Contribute to monthly reports, learning to read the results and suggest improvements
• Take ownership of their own tasks and understand why accountability, tracking and clear reporting matter to our clients

Requirements:

This internship gives a student real, hands-on experience of how a small agency works day to day. The trainee joins the team on live client accounts and learns how campaigns are planned, created, published and measured. It suits someone who wants to take part in the work and get honest feedback, not just watch from the side. We are looking for a student who:

• Is studying marketing, communications, PR, digital media, journalism or a related subject
• Is comfortable with social media and enjoys creating content, whether that is writing, design or short video
• Is organised, curious, and willing to think about clients and their goals, not just complete tasks
• Is interested in the numbers behind a campaign and what they tell us
