Description:

MaTOX S.r.l. is a science-based startup and university spin-off operating at the intersection of analytical research, chemical risk management and innovation development. The company combines scientific rigor with entrepreneurial growth, translating research expertise into structured services and technological solutions.
The trainee will support activities related to:

• Organization and coordination of scientific service projects
• Assistance in client communication and documentation preparation
• Support in business development and market analysis
• Contribution to proposal drafting and project reporting
• Analysis of operational workflows with attention to efficiency and sustainability

This traineeship provides insight into how a scientific startup manages innovation, client relationships and project development within a regulated and technically demanding sector.
The trainee will work closely with management and scientific staff, gaining practical exposure to innovation processes in a research-driven enterprise.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Economics, Management, Innovation Studies, Health Economics or related disciplines
• Interest in science-based enterprises and innovation ecosystems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic team environment

Preferred (not mandatory):

• Interest in startup development
• Basic understanding of healthcare, environmental or scientific sectors
