Description:

The student will join 012factory, a business incubator and certified B Corp, and work alongside its team to support incubation, acceleration and fundraising activities for startups and innovative SMEs.

Through job shadowing and supervised practical activities, the student will:
• Support the analysis of business ideas, business models and growth strategies.
• Assist in the organisation and delivery of incubation and acceleration programmes, mentoring sessions and workshops.
• Research funding opportunities, including grants, public calls and private investment.
• Contribute to the preparation of pitch decks, business presentations and supporting documents for funding applications.
• Support the mapping of investors, corporate partners and innovation stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring the progress of supported ventures and preparing reports and project materials.

Requirements:

Academic background in economics, business administration, management, finance, innovation or a related field.

Interest in entrepreneurship, startup development and innovation ecosystems. Basic understanding of business models and funding mechanisms is desirable.

Good research, analytical and organisational skills, a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Canva or similar presentation tools.

Good command of English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
