The main responsibility will be to test the platform from the perspective of an international student and user, identifying usability issues, unclear interactions, limitations, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
The intern will evaluate key platform workflows and AI-powered features, including learning activities, assessments, feedback mechanisms and AI tutor interactions. The student will document findings, reproduce issues, provide structured feedback and contribute to the prioritization of product improvements.
A second area of activity will focus on internationalization. The intern will help ALFRED understand the educational system, learning practices and digital education landscape of another European country, identifying differences that may affect product localization and adoption.
Activities may include:

– identification and documentation of bugs, usability issues and improvement opportunities;
– testing of English-language workflows and content;
– analysis of educational practices and requirements in the intern’s country or another European market;
– comparison between different European educational contexts;
