Description:

The intern will work alongside ALFRED’s CEO on the development and validation of Host ALFRED, a new AI-enabled business concept for the hospitality sector.
The project explores how generative AI can help hotels, B&Bs, holiday rentals and other independent hospitality businesses create engaging promotional video content without traditional on-site video production.
The intern will contribute to market and competitor analysis, customer segmentation, identification of potential clients and partners, customer discovery, testing of the value proposition and business model, and the definition of an international go-to-market strategy. The student will also take part in selected product and business decisions, experiencing first-hand how an early-stage idea is tested, refined and transformed into a scalable business opportunity.

We are looking for a proactive and independent student with an interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, digital marketing and the hospitality industry.
Good analytical and communication skills are required, together with the ability to conduct market research, interact with potential customers and work with digital tools. Familiarity with generative AI tools is appreciated but not mandatory.
A good command of English is essential. Knowledge of additional European languages is considered an advantage.
