Description:

• Assist in developing and optimizing formulations for silk-screen printing inks.
• Focusing on properties such as viscosity, adhesion, and durability, analyze colorfastness, drying time, and resistance to environmental factors like UV exposure and moisture.
• Liaise with the production department to address issues related to ink performance or consistency.
• Maintain detailed records of experiments, formulations, and results.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of organic compounds and reactions, particularly polymers, pigments, and dyes relevant to silk-screen printing inks.
• Awareness of safety protocols in handling chemicals, knowledge of solvent systems, surfactants, and chemical additives used in ink formulations.
• Skills in interpreting experimental results and optimizing formulations based on data.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication for reporting findings and collaborating with production teams.
